Sherman Ragland, Dean of The Realinvestors’ Academy®, was recently featured as an expert guest on the TV show “America’s PremierExperts®.” The show, filmed in Washington, DC, was seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country.

“America’s PremierExperts®” features an interview format, with host Nick Nanton interviewing some of the best business, marketing and financial minds from around the world.  Mr. Ragland was one of the recent guests, discussing his success in the real estate investment industry – and how he is helping others reach their full potential within the industry.

Prior to founding The Realinvestors’ Academy®, Sherman was involved in over $1.2 billion worth of real estate projects, including representing the federal government in the sale of over $500 million in real estate assets as an RTC and FDIC Asset Disposition Contractor, and the D.C. government in the sale of the land for the Newseum. Sherman also worked for D.C.-based developers responsible for developing over 3,000 acres of land and three office buildings. Ragland was listed recently in Inc. Magazine, where he was named: "America's Real Estate Mentor!"

Mr. Ragland has been personally involved in over $30 million in real estate projects in the greater D.C. region, and in the process earned the coveted CCIM designation from the Certified Commercial Institute of the National Association of Realtors. In 2001, Sherman had the pleasure of co- founding the Greater Washington, D.C. Real Estate Investors’ Association it has grown into the largest active real estate investors’ group on the East Coast.
